Poxet, a drug for sexual dysfunction that is taken as a pill, has recently been found to help reduce the risk of some types of heart disease.
It’s not just about reducing the risk of heart problems, but also about the cost of treatment.
“It’s a big deal,” says Dr. Terence Chan, president of the American Heart Association.
Some men can take Viagra, which is prescribed to help them control impotency and to prevent them from coming in contact with other people. But Viagra doesn’t work for everyone. So the drug may not work for everyone at some point in their life.
“There are many different factors that impact the way Viagra works,” Chan says. “It’s not something that just gives an erection. Viagra has a way of giving an erection.”
It can also have an effect on the body, which can lead to erectile dysfunction and impotency problems. The drug works by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps men to get and maintain an erection.
If you’re taking Viagra, you may experience problems with your penis that could be serious. It may cause symptoms such as sudden and severe flushing, nasal congestion, and a painful or prolonged erection.
Some of these side effects can be prevented with a pill that acts on the blood vessels in the penis. The drug is also available without a prescription, and can be taken with or without food.
If you’re using Viagra, talk to your doctor about how much you should take, how long it should last, and how often it should be taken.
If you experience an erection, talk to your doctor about your risk of experiencing an erection after using Viagra.
If you experience other side effects, talk to your doctor.
If you experience side effects from taking Viagra, you can try a new medicine called. If you have a heart condition, talk to your doctor about whether you should be taking a blood pressure medication or if you should take Viagra.
Some of these side effects that Viagra can cause are rare and can go away on their own in a few days. However, some of these side effects can be serious. If you experience any of these side effects, call your doctor right away.
The most common side effects of Viagra are headache, dizziness, and flushing. If you experience these side effects, you should stop taking Viagra and talk to your doctor.

Objective:To compare the effectiveness of dapoxetine and placebo in the treatment of premature ejaculation in men.
Materials and methods:A cross-over study was conducted among a total of 96 men aged 18 to 64 years, who fulfilled the DSM-IV criteria for premature ejaculation. The patients were randomly assigned to receive either dapoxetine, a placebo or a combination of both.
Results:After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, dapoxetine and placebo had significantly better efficacy than dapoxetine in the treatment of premature ejaculation (P<0.001) as compared with dapoxetine alone. In the treatment of premature ejaculation, both dapoxetine and placebo did not have significant effects on the ejaculatory latency time ( latency time) in comparison to placebo. In addition, dapoxetine did not affect the frequency of intercourse with the partner, however, it did reduce the duration of ejaculation during intercourse (P<0.001).
Conclusions:Dapoxetine and placebo did not have significant effects on the ejaculatory latency time in men.
